I work with a woman who is not my supervisor, but I do some work for her within the company. She is a major witch and I honestly believe she is bi-polar.

I RARELY make mistakes at work, and when I do they are not life altering mistakes and are no big deal to my boss. My co-worker also makes mistakes that I fix and I don't talk down to her or make a scene.

When I do anything wrong, she sends me an email that is condescending and then gives me attitude. She also goes to my other co-worker and tells her all about it and I can hear her talking about me.

I am so sick of this biatch! I refuse to quit my job and I won’t confront her because she wants to fight with anyone she can. Now she asked me to step into her office so she can “talk” to me!

Well, first off I wouldn't go into her office. If she needs to talk to you have your real supervisor there... If need be I would tell your boss/supervisor the deal by showing the emails that you receive because it could be grounds for harassment. Because something has to be done about it to make your job a tad bit easier than that....

Also, consider though that she loves to be the center of attention and when they don't get it they will find ways to do so... On of my employees do that all the time... if he is in a bad mood watch out if not you are his "sweetheart" for the time being... What place doesn't have office gossip? So I would just be tack-full about the whole thing...

Good luck

All I have is a story that happened to me.

I was in the Military, stationed in Korea.
I had a real jerk for a sergeant.
I had another coworker, so it was similar to your situation.
There was the 3 of us.

Anyways, he pretty much dogged me. He had the rank and there was nothing I could do about it. I just did what he told me to do.
My friend and I would often speak of his weird ways and that we could have done a much better job, but he wanted to be the great leader and not listen to anybody.

Well, my tour ended in Korea, so I went back to the U.S.
A few months later, my friend had also been transferred to Ft Riley Kansas and he had some news for me....

He told me that the sergeant left his weapon in his locker and left the base to meet his Korean girlfriend. When he returned to Base, a Kernel was their to meet him. The Kernel asked "Where is your weapon?" He was busted big time. (Your supposed to have your weapon with you at all times. It is a big offense when you don't.) He was busted down to private.

So, I guess you just have to do the best you can and take the abuse. She is the boss for the time being.
Sooner or later, she will get hers. It is only a matter of time.

first of all, provide up correcting her blunders. 2d if she sends you emails slamming you respond to her yet blind replica your manager so as that he/she knows of what the female is doing to you. e mail might want to be your proper buddy or your worst enemy. i imagine you ought to pick to make it your proper buddy. be particular to record each and every thing. also, once you respond to her emails make sure that you do not come off sounding unprofessional. Your bitchy co-worker does no longer ought to draw close that you've blind copied the manager. even as she receives nailed for her crappy body of innovations it is going to likely be because she petty and now no longer only you sees it. also, you may want to examine such as your manager about this human being. I had to handle someone clone of that. Her call replaced into Kellie. She made more desirable than some blunders doing her artwork and that i continuously coated her fat ***, till i eventually were given drained of being her verbal punching bag and beat her at her personal pastime. base line; enable your superiors recognize what she's been doing or document a criticism against her yet do not enable her imagine that she will be in a position to interrupt out with that mess. sturdy success to you

Talk with her only in a place where other people are there to see and hear what happens.

Be nice as pie. Don't stoop to a witchy level.

Ignore all the nonsense. May be that she won't be with your company forever.
