For, like, $25-30 there are all body sprays at tanning salons which only last a few days but I think look pretty good. It's safe and avoids having to put the lotion on yourself. There are tanning accelerator lotions you could buy from a tanning salon that are supposed to speed up the process of tanning. And maybe you don't want to hear this, but I wouldn't tan. It only ages you and I think healthy pale skin is beautiful. My $0.02.

Don't listen to the stupid people above. People like that just go around screaming about things being bad for you without doing any research whatsoever...
Tanning in a salon, if done in moderation, isn't going to kill you or make you look like leather. Start slow, use proper moisturizers and tanning lotions, drink plenty of water and don't go every day. The quickest way...well there is no quick way...you need to build up the tan and that needs to be done slowly to protect your skin. Use a good indoor tanning lotion with a bronzer...I like Speed of Light by Designer Skin. It works great and doesn't streak or make you look orange!

I have fair skin and find that if I go everyother day using a lotion with bronzers, and moisturize afterwards I develope not just a really nice tan at a good rate, but my skin stays really soft and has a nice glow to it. My fav tan lotion right now is Browning Fury, by Austrailian Gold. Another idea is that I know most salons in my area offer sample products. Everybody's skin is different, this is a great way to find a lotion that works for you.

Go for two days and then have a break for one day, then two days, etc. You can buy tan accelorant lotions from the salon where you use the tanning beds. Usually they have single use samples which you can test out and see how you like them.
Accelorants will make your skin feel heaps warmer when you are tanning, so you will get darker quicker but your skin will also feel so soft and hydrated afterwards

Buy a real Dark tan topical skin tanner, breakfast toast color, like you like it.Rub it all over and voila, you're tan. Better than getting roasted and wrinkled and wounded for real?

Tanning beds are bad for your skin. They create premature aging.
