I want to starch my work uniforms and to my understanding you are supposed to add starch in the last rinse cycle when washing. I have a front load washer so you can't just open it up when it's time to add the starch. Since I don't use fabric softener can I just put the starch in my fabric softener compartment on my washer and it will add it at the last cycle like it would the fabric softener?

DO NOT PUT STARCH IN WASHER. You use starch when ironing.

This is truly the first time I have ever heard of putting starch in the washer-'cuase I use front loading washers in my apt. launderyroom-the only have setting for soap, bleach, fabric softner. I would personally, suggest that you wait until after you have washed, and dried the uniforms. Then use spray starch when ironing them. Take care.

For cooking or laundry??? for washing, maximum important shops have spray starch, so i anticipate you advise cooking.. placed some arrowroot (do no longer purchase it at a sequence save, purchase it in bulk at Winco or Costco, this is a pair of million/one centesimal the cost) or corn starch in a extensive cup, combination in water bit via bit, purely till that is all dissolved. Pour this right into a cruet or bottle with a good good, making valuable to depart some extra area for finished of existence shaking, and refrigerate. once you prefer it, purely pull it out and shake it to death till blended lower back, it works quite plenty... so some distance as the place to purchase it, have not a clue, purely combination it while ya prefer it, it in basic terms takes a fork and a cup... stable success.

That is an interesting question! Yes I think that would work very well. My thought that some may stay in the dispenser and be dispenced when your next load of undies is being rinsed... may be a little stiff? lol
