I feel the same way about running (aaaahhh...torture) but I love taking walks and I do so almost every night. I do some aerobics (at home, alone, so no one can laugh) cause I feel better when I'm in shape, and I do some free weights so I can beat up guys. Ha. Not really, but weights are important for the bones. This is what my doctor tells me.

To take it a step further...I never run unless I am being shot at. I can stand a beating (in fact I need a good beating now and then) so I won't run in a chase...I just don't like the feel of bullets passing through me.
So in answer to your excercise query...not-so-much.

Yes, I work out. The other day we finally got some nice weather, so my baby and I walked a mile and a half.
Exercise is great if the weather permits!

I walk 6 miles a day to work and back plus what I put on all day at work. I go mountainhiking every chance I get. I play tennis when I can, and any sport I can if I can find someone to play with.

I agree with you. I don't believe in exercise. Sometimes I have to park kind of far away from work, that's the most exercise I get.

I spend four days out of the week throwing weights around and one doing a little cardio.
