My boyfriend got me a card and a a trip for us too to go down to the bahamas for spring break and like chocolates. I got him a card and a new gutair. Do you think my gifts too like small? because i feel bad because i didnt know we were getting like big gifts you know? So do you think i should have got more? My boyfriend said he loved it and ya i dont know. :(

If your gift came from the heart it's an appropriate gift. It's not about how much money it costs, or who spent the most. It sounds like you've got a good boyfriend there. Be happy. Have a good time in the Bahamas....that was a good gift for BOTH of you to enjoy.

If you can, check out Abaco Island while you are down there. It's a wonderfully beautiful little family out island where hard core tourists rarely go.

Okay like Vally girl talk went out in the 80's. Your spoiled if in fact that is what he really got you. I am sure he liked your guitar. It's the thought that counts not the size of your gift.

if you feel like you need to give more, why dont u take him out to dinner. the though was nice of you for the guitar because I bet he's a musician. dinner and a movie would compensate for the trip and what not, but really its ok if you dont get anything more. but for your sake and to feel more equal a movie night in and home cooked or taking him out for dinner would be a nice touch for tonite. good luck and happy v-day.

don't be hung up on what you each spent, it's not about that, it's about showing the person you love him and know of something that could make him happy. V-day should be a time free from commercialist thoughts. Just enjoy.
