Yes. Besides a few rotten apples, the majority of the people are quite nice, helpful and are quite comfortable with working with other nationalities. Yes, there are parts in U.S. like in every country where ignorance reigns supreme... but overall, quite nice. I've spent time in Seattle area, Chicago and South Florida so I have seen coast to coast differences.

Why is your avatar white if you are a brown fellow? Well my brother in law is one indian fellow and loves it here much. My girlfriend of many years also loves it. People treat indians pretty well in the civilized areas.

Excellent place. North East.
Democracies are more or less alike. On a mental level it is almost like being in India. On infrastructural level, US is much advanced. On spiritual level, no place can ever get close to India.

The Indian says:
"Tis Americans take shower everyday and they use spoons and forks, they don't trust their own hands! Oh and they are so stupid that they have to choose their couples, instead of delegating that hassle to Mom and Dad. Also Americans are so unhappy tat tey get many divorces; in India almost no one gets divorced, tat happy are we"
