Only if it's either too big or too little. Average is perfect. If you need a measureing tool a one dollar bill is six inches exactly over that and it's not good.

Not always if he can make up for it in other ways than it shouldn't be a problem.But if he's not going to make up for his shortcomings than it makes a huge difference.
