Mining his lectures means he wants you to pay close attention to what he said in his lectures and to use this material in your paper. If he suggested any other resources or references in his lectures, then he wants you to look at them as well.
'Mine my lectures' basically means that he considers his lectures to be studded with nuggets of gold (information) and he wants you to find and use as many of them as you can.

I think he means that the information to answer the questions is contained in his lectures. You can get your information through another source (i.e. textbook), but you would probably be wise to follow your professor's lextures. By the way, there is a type in the handout, it should say "these questions" rather than "this questions".

He means to remember what he said in lectures and make sure you put things that he said in those lectures in your paper.

Be like a miner and dig into his lectures. Or you could just ask your professor.

I think he is relating his information given in lectures as pieces of nuggets/gold/gems...that wants you to take out and use in answering questions. check your lecture notes heavily.

I would wager he meant "Mind my lectures," which is just to use the points he made during his lectures.

Are you sure it didnt say "mind"? Maybe he meant that.
He wants you to keep his lectures in mind when writing the report.

I think he means to dig (i.e. "mine") for information from the lecture notes you took.
