Yes, me. Where are you?
You are better to pop into a local music shop and see if they have a teachers list (or even local schools and see if they have a peripatetic teacher). As for piano teaching software, forget it - you will pick up bad habits and it won't be tailored to your ability. Have a trial lesson to see how you get on with a few teachers then pick the best one. Make sure you have a reasonable instrument and I wish you the best of luck.

A good way might be to visit the local music festivals. In my area-West London, there are a least three or four a year. You can judge from the entrants-a god piano teacher would NEVER enter a student who is unprepared: so many times I feel the pain for the poor students who struggle though their pieces all because the teacher wanted to enter them. Get chatting to the parents they are always the best source of opinion. My daughter's teacher is the best in the world in my opinion, but I couldn't possibly give out her name or number-she is always full. Happy searching in your area

Yes, but there are lots and often the real problem is finding someone you like working with. Get stuck in, do the practice, improve and then think again what it is you really want to do. I can't give you names because I don't know where you live or what standard you are at.
