Well - let's look at this analytically, shall we?
Grossman (6'1" 217lbs) outbulked Anna Nicole (5'11" 140lbs) at the time of her death, which would allow him to see over defenders heads better than Smith, and better receive the relentless pounding of NFL defenders (although Smith was reputed to enjoy regular poundings from a variety of men). However, the heavier Anna Nicole was a full 80lbs bulkier, weighing her in at 220lbs - and heavier than Rex. So, on pure size, Rex gets the nod, but only barely.
Rex's problems under center are notorious, with him suffering regular fumbles upon the team - at the same time, Smith *never* dropped anything she grabbed from between a man's legs. Edge to Anna!
Grossman's QB rating was also notoriously low, largely from a lack of passing ability - yet Smith was known to be quite proficient at passing out in almost any circumstance. Again - edge to Anna!
Many individuals have noted that Rex moves around the pocket as if he were wearing high heels - stumbling and bumbling. But Anna Nicole got around quite well, regardless of the shoes she was wearing, or whatever pocket she had her hands in. Strong edge to Anna!
Hands downs to Anna Nicole Smith on a strong 3-1 analysis - and even the one that went to Rex (size) was shaky. I really feel like the NFL has lost a shining star before her full potential was realized (heck - she'd only slept with half the league by the end).

Anna Nicole Smith is better, because dead people don't throw 2 picks and fumble 2 times in the Superbowl!

Anna was! She was a really good ball-handler and she knew how to get that winning score! She wasn't afraid of the big guys and she handled the forward pass with expertise. She could also Swim and specialized in breast stroking and like any hockey player she could also handle a big stick!
