it depends on what you are going to use it for, if you are going to use it for school or simple work (like word processing and surfing internet) then its will work fine. if you need to play 3D games or use it for graphic design and multitasking then its NOT good.
personally i would recommend you get a laptop with AMD Turion or Intel Centrino processor, they work alot better.
