I don't know about all 5, but I definitely agree with your #1. Tommie Frazier was totally robbed in 1995 despite working absolute magic while under center. You can't honestly tell me that Charlie Ward was a better pick. I realize Frazier had health problems, but he also had a really awesome season and made the voters look foolish when he dashed 75 yards for a TD in the championship game against Florida...and broke 7 or 8 tackles in the process.

He did lose out to Eddie George, I stand corrected. It was Charlie Ward who won the Heisman but was outshined in the title game by Frazier, despite winning. Snow Plow is also right that Frazier only lost 2 games while at Nebraska. One was a championship game where they lost by a missed field goal at the end of one of the worst officiated games I've ever seen. The next two seasons were flawless, but then came a 19-0 loss to the Arizona State Sundevils.

Another interesting thing to note is that in the 1995 season, no team came within 14 points of beating the Huskers.

I also agree that Vince Young was robbed. He proved that much in the title game last year against USC. It's another reason why the Heisman shouldn't be awarded until AFTER bowl season, so the stars of each team can shine against stars from other teams.

I believe that Eddie George won the Heisman during Frazier's senior year. If that wasn't a joke I don't know what was... Frazier lost something like 2 games his entire career and put the team in 3 NC games.

Klingler and Johnson shouldn't be part of this conversation. Herschel Walker was a brutal man but there was a lot of talent during 1981. Vince Young, like Frazier should have been considered for what he did in three years but the professional from USC wasn't a bad selection.

Definitely agree with your 4 except with david klinger. Tommie frazier and vy might have been the greatest qb's in the history of college football and played their best on their biggest games. tommie frazier's run against florida is the #2 greatest run in college football championship game (possibly of all time) next to vy's 4th quarter td run with :19 seconds to go. But larry fitzgerald should be 5. He was unstoppable.

I would say Peyton Manning is in the top 2 of getting robbed. So what if Charles Woodson had a one handed interception?

Adrian Peterson's freshman year should be in there as well. If the voters had known that his next two years would be marred by injuries, he would have won.
