When applying foundation, use a make-up sponge and wet it with warm water, then squeeze out a bit... add the foundation to it and pat it in, dont rub it... Also, with mascara, start at the very edge of your eye with your eyes open and as you pull the wand away from your face, slowly blink your eyes... it seems to make your eyelashes a bit longer.

One of the things I do to make my eyelashes look longer and fuller is I spray hairspray on an extra eyelash wand and I brush my eyelashes then I put my eyelash curler in front of my blowdryer for like 5 seconds then I take mascara and dab the wand on a papertowel and put it on .............when you dab it it takes alot of the extra mascara that you dont need ,..........and to really make ur eyes pop you should line ur top lash line with a dark liner and it will look great...........or you can buy a heated eyelash curler so you dont have to stick it in front of a blow dryer ...........

it depends on the shape of your face, your skin tone, the color that match with you, your eye shape, and etc.. there is no universal make-up tip for everyone.
