I think it's a techno version of an old Steve Winwood song but the lyrics go something like "shining song i know you need it, shining song right from the heart." It's not steve winwood's voice sining itk, someone rewrote it and performed it but who?

There are two different song titles by Sunloverz called "Shining Song" and "Shine On"; both contain the same lyrics. There are several different mixes of each though so check them out.
