Terrorists hate all Americans. They couldn't care less about our political affiliation on an individual basis. Do you think that they took a poll before 9/11??

When will conservatives learn that liberals don't support terrorists ? You think because we are not behind every ill conceived idea that the Bush administration comes up with we must be behind the terrorists ? That would be like a conservative opposing the minimum wage increase and the increasing of taxes, and then having a liberal say that conservatives wanted to wreck the economy. Your belief that your course of action is best in regards to fighting terrorism is debatable. Don't tell me that I've got something to learn. Because I'm the liberal, and YOU are the conservative. Show respect for those that are wiser than you.

Well using Clinton as an example of how liberals view terrorism... then they will never consider it a viable threat.

for almost 12 years Regan though Bush 1 the level and number of international terrorist incidents declined sharply (not going to say there were none, that would be untrue) because of a very active and determined international anti-terrorism stance.

Clinton comes to power begins slashing up the military and changes the rules in tracking down and eliminating threats, in his 8 years, major terrorist activities, both foreign and domestic, rise sharply. world trade center 1, USS Cole, Embassy bombings, Oklahoma city, and Atlanta Olympics to name a few.

Bush comes in to the office and despite 9/11 there has been a radical drop in major terrorist threats against this country and it's interests (however regional terrorism has spiked).

and yet Clinton is lauded as the great savior of the left... and in reality he had placed this country in much of the situation we are now in.

he had the legal right to eliminate Saddam, he did not. he had the ability to eliminate Osama, he did not. He could have helped rein in Somalia and its warlords, he did not.

Bush unfortunately had the misfortune of being next in line, and yes, had Gore been president the attack would have happened anyway.

there is this deep rooted far left idea that the reason there is no world peace is because the US has a military and are willing to use it when necessary.

So with that reasoning, if the military stopped existing, peace would break out, our enemies would talk to us and nothing bad would happen.

for the far left , it is the people who use logic, history, facts, and reality that are the true enemy. not the guys with the rocket launchers pointed at our troops.

Honestly I don't see any event occurring where some one in the left won't justify the enemies actions without blaming the US for it.

Probably around the same time conservatives learn that terrorists don't pay any attention at all to politics within the United States. They care only about the nation's foreign policies, and our religion. That's the total extent of what they care about.

Stop being so egocentric.

This is tiresome and has been "done to death". Everyone with half a brain knows that terrorists hate everyone. Can't you Conservatives find anything better to do with your time than keep associating liberals with terrorists? Besides if Terrorists did love any party , it would be the Conservatives for sending them so many target practice victims. Yes, I know, crude, but true. The insults can fly both ways kiddo.

The question should be:

Do liberals hate conservatives more than terrorists? On many occasions, they seem to want to protect them more than Americans.

I believe we do know...

when will Republicans read the 9-11 report and realize they aren't doing anything about terrorism, therefore not supporting Republican actions isn't a "pro-terrorist" idea?

it's like you say you want to go fishing... and I want to go fishing too...

but you're going to the desert to go fishing and you think I don't want to go with you because "I hate fishing"... I just don't want to go fishing in the desert because I know there aren't any fish there... or at least not enough fish to bother going with you...

it has nothing to do with how much I like fishing... I just don't want to waste my time...

You must be a Republican. You apparently think it boils down to who hates who the most.

Maybe it has more to do with what's right and what isn't. Pretty novel concept huh?

When they can think for themselves with out sound-bites from the biased liberal media . When they realize one and for all the same radical Democrat senators who chant "hell no -we won't go " are the very ones who want to bring communism to America, by sneaking in socialism , first . I hope they don't have to find out that they won't be allowed to say "no" , then . Let them think they have ALL THE POWER now , and then WHAM . Just like Hitler .
