Drink water! Drink one bottle before you work out, and bring another bottle along to drink while working out.

I drink flavored water called Propel.

During cardio exercise ou push your body to 70% of its maximum heart rate, anything higher than 70 - 80% of this maximum heart rate (calculated by taking away your age from 220). If you are exercise at a pulse rate that is too high the blood will be pushing too hard through your veins causing headaches.
You should try a slow warm up and some really gentle cardio and work up slowly and make sure you always warm down after you have finished execise to avoid dizzyness.
You could also speak to you doctor about this to be sur everything is ok.
