Don't you think its time that the Internet became less anonymous?

Given that many use it to do and say things because no one knows who they are why should it be anonymous?

It is not really anonymous. There are many ways to find out the identity of people who say things on the internet. However, we have to wonder: why do we have a culture where people find the need to say things anonymously?
