I have 2 in mind..Saints Row or Splinter Cell Double Agent

Pretty easy question as these are two completely different types of games. I would suggest you go and get Saints Row because I enjoy those types of games more than I enjoy stealth action games.
Saint's Row, if you didn't know is an open action game like Grand Theft Auto. Obviously you know that Splinter Cell is a stealth action game. I was extremely disappointed by Splinter Cell and I felt like this was the worst game in the series. On the other hand I extremely enjoyed Saint's Row because it was the only open ended action game out at the time. The online modes are fun and the single player portion of the game is fairly lengthy.
Go Saint's row if you enjoy open ended games and get Splinter Cell if you prefer Stealth Action games.

both are excellent games..... Saints Row is a lot like GTA San Andreas (and the ending really sucks) but the play is good, there are plenty of side missions to keep you busy and there is something to be said about having to blow up a guy in a hotdog suit.......Splinter Cell Double agent is lots of fun if not a little linear, you have to do this and then you can do that...but the missions are challenging and actually require you to think about what you are doing (or what you are having Sam do) could I chose one over the other? no, they are totally different types of games....I enjoyed them both...for replay-ability I would go with Saints Row...even though the ending sucked, it is a lot of fun just cruising around and running over people

THis really depends on your prefernces. IF you like the kinda game where you go in, shoot em' up and leave with the smoke still coming out of your gun, then buy Saints Row. If you like the kind of stealth action games where you act like a tougher (less girl upsessed) Bond, go for splinter cell. Also, if you like RPGs go for Saints Row, if you like shooters, go for Splinter cell. THey both rock!!!

Neither...GEARS OF WAR! ESpecially online.
Saints is OK.
Splinter Cell, IMO, is over rated.
