Just the same as women, it all depends on the men's washing habits.

A man does not stink or smell in his perineal area unless he doesn't wash or shower.

If anybody, doesn't participate in good hygiene, they will eventually stink.

Don't worry it's all good. Unless they don't clean them on a regular basis but i haven't come across this yet.
