Yes, tell her !!!

That depends. If there is a chance she will find out, I believe it is better to tell her now. If she is never going to find out (and if you are sure it will not happen again) , would you have her world turned upside down just to appease your guilt? If so, in my opinion, you are being selfish twice.

Then again, if it was my husband, I would want to know.

I don't think there is a right answer. Only an answer that is right for you.

Thats a hard one. Are you going to stop cheating on her? .. If you are going to stop cheating then I would say no.. it should be your burden not hers. But I also think if you are cheating there are other issues going on there and you need to get into some couples counseling to get to the bottom of it.

If you aren't going to stop .. like now as in immediately... then tell her.

You shouldn't have done it in the first place and the only reason you want to tell her is for YOUR benefit, so YOU don't feel so guilty. It's your burden, carry it! Don't put the burden on her.

In other words, no. Don't tell her. That's a selfish manuver.

Tell her and suggest both couples and individual counseling.

Don't ever do it again.

Understand that she may not want to be with you anymore and that's her right. Respect whatever decision she makes.

Not if you want to stay married.
If you tell her, you'll hear about it everytime she gets mad at you for the rest of your life. For example, you leave the toilet seat up, defend yourself, and she says "But you cheated on me."
