A friend of mine who is in a professional position is doing a test study on me because I have seen and witnessed paranormal activity for most of my life. When mentioning that I had seen ghosts in Tombstone, AZ at night after everything was closed (the place is renowned for ghost activity), he asked me the above question. How would you answer that if you knew for absolute certain that you did see something and you knew you were not crazy but yet had no way to prove your claims?

I think you would you know when they are around you would feel their energy, maybe you would get a chill up the back of your neck and maybe your hairs on your arms would stand up.
And if you had to prove it I guess you can't so it would go by how much the person you are telling believes you or you could take a lye detector test.

i've spent most of my life keeping quite about what i see... most people would think i'm crazy, or lying...
for someone that doesn't believe in ghosts and apparitions there is really nothing you CAN do to prove it to them... they are just looking for reasons to disprove you or open a debate anyhow. i don't need anyone to verify what i see to validate the occurance and my own sanity... but i DO wish i understood WHY spirits are so attracted to some people. i have never had any lenght of time in my life where something has not appeared.. or not happened. i am fortunate, however, that as a child my mother could verify (for example) that one night she felt something that i heard which my brother actually saw (we all experienced the same event with a different sense)... it may ONLY be because there HAVE been people from time to time that experience the same paranormal activity that i have experienced that i feel so VERY confident in my sanity!

Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) can prove it.
