My boyfriend and I got our phones through wirefly it it was a great experience. I got a LG CU500 for free, and he got a Motorola RAZR V3i for $46. Once the $10 shipping and $36 activation fees (which you have to pay even if you get your phone through your provider) were added, our total on two phones was $92.

Our contract with Cingular was almost up, so we extended our contract for two more years. For the same monthly fee of $70, we went from a 550min family plan to a 700 min family plan.

Wirefly's offers change everyday, so the same deal that we got on our phones is not the same deal they are offering now. I recommend wirefly to anyone looking for a new phone. The only problems I have heard about them is concerning rebates, but since that wasn't an issue with our phones, I was very pleased with the service.

My hubby and I bought a phone off of Ebay. You have to have your own Sim card. It was a great deal and a lot cheaper than at cingular. It works great.

Don't ever give out your social security number! There is no reason they need it.
