of course....but sex is the key component. People meet then maybe fall in love and share their world with each other. If the relationship grows with care and empathy then sex is the ultimate act, if it is truly about the love the two have for one another! How else can anyone show love without the sexual aspect of it. Lee's styles of loving 6 different styles 1) romantic:physical beauty 2):game-playing:little or no commitment 3) possessive:jealous, mania,obsessive a roller coaster ride. 4) companionate: enduring, peaceful 5) altruistic:selfless,caring, compassionate and no expectations 6)pragmatic:practical, sharing interests, business like.
Of all the six he has proven that the altruistic style will outlast the other five. So in my opinion yes there are other things that do feel better than just having sex! I always say the best things in life are free.

Depends on the mood and the people involved. SOMETIMES biting into a hamburger feels better than sex. Or taking a much deserved crap. Or drinking water when you're parched. Or stepping into a hot bath when you're freezing cold, or stepping into an air-conditioned apartment when it's 112 outside.
So to answer your question, yes. Sometimes.
