If you're worried about your husband hitting on your bridesmaids then maybe you have other issues than alcohol consumption. You should be able to trust him in any situation. If you have doubts about his fidelity on your wedding day what about when you aren't around?

You are in for trouble... A person will do what he/she wants to do. He may let you have that control at the reception but it wont last forever if he wants to hit on other women.

Why would you marry anyone you couldn't trust, especially on you wedding night. Alcohol is not necessary at receptions but I think your issues are deeper.

Any guy who tries to hit on the bridesmaids AT HIS OWN WEDDING can NOT be trusted....and what's the foundation of marriage?

If you already think he's going to hit on other girls, then why would you marry him? You can't keep him from drinking alcohol forever and if that's all it takes for him to do that....RUN!!!!!!!
