can you use the Wacom Intous3 tablet for normal stuff?

can you use the Wacom Intous3 tablet for stuff other than just drawing like lines and such? I use photoshop cs2 to do text and such like that, and fire ect. Will this work for that or will i have to use a normal mouse for that?

whatever you use a mouse for in cs2 you can use the wacom for. The pen would be great for the fire ect, giving you more precise lines and various pressure levels. Use it with the painbrush tools too, and even to sign documents on your computer, lol-I do
