Birkhardt and momma are fighting Stern for legal custody of baby.
Body still has not been released.

FL Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Perper says he will release her remains to the person who has a court order .
Investigation continues on the break-in at her Bahama mansion .
Howard K. is in mourning with the baby . Her friends are doing the talk show rounds with their opinions ; and so are the lawyers .

As of this morning, the proclaimed father(s) of the baby were battling over her remains. One of them wants her body to remain at the morgue until after the Feb 20th hearing for DNA testing. Although the coroner says that a DNA sample has already been taken. It's absurd!
