Cyber cafes are there presently every where in India. Bigger cities have large numbers and smaller cities have lesser numbers. Rates are maximum Rs 20 (US $ 0.40) per 30 mins. Hotels charge much more..

There are many cyber cafes in India. The rate vary from place to place. Generally it is in the range of Rs. 2/- to Rs. 30/- per hour. In city like Mumbai you can have cyber cafe at the rate of Rs. 15/- per hour.
