Soak it in cold water, use stain remover like shout, rub it in, and then wash in cold water. Repeat until gone. Don't forget to put laundry soap into the wash also.

I worked at a dry cleaner and we used undiluted hydrogen peroxide. Pour directly on stain let it bubble up and rub gently. Rinse and repeat until stain is removed.

I used to work as a Medic and we always used peroxide...just pour it straight on without diluting it
