most are ok , but there are 2 mid 20 year olds that drive there car like lunatics . my problem is if i go out and threaten them will i be classed as being racist . i have nothing against any religion or colour of skin but these 2 men are idiots and i cant tolerate idiots . if it was english people i would have sorted it out straight away but the last thing i want to do is be classed as a racist just for sorting a couple of idiots out ?

Some of these buggers live near me too,noisy bastards who don't work and have the audacity to bleed my country, the police, housing association and the local council won't hear a word said against them,so once again the British lose out to immigrant scum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell them they're driving dangerously and are likely to cause an accident. If they get lippy with you and call you a racist, you could point out that you would say it to anyone who was driving dangerously, regardless of where they are from. Stand your ground and keep saying that what they are doing is dangerous and could very easily cause an accident. Do not start name-calling or anything like that, and don't let them or anyone else provoke you into doing that.
You have other neighbours, right? Go around and ask them to start keeping a log, when they hear/see these lads driving dangerously, to note down the time and date. If 3 or more houses in the vicinity have a certain amount of times in common, you can bring the log books to the police and keep insisting that your primary concern is the safety of the area.

This is the problem with this country we are scared to say anything unless we get accused of being racist. I would say something because they shouldn't be here in the beginning, it is just because Britain is run by an idiot who believes in EU, we have recently had statistics to say that the British children are the worst off in Europe and yet we are the fourth richest country in the world. Say something or report them because these terrible Eastern Europeans just take from our country and take it for grantage, they should live by our laws, and if they come to our country they should be respectful or they shouldn't come at all. This country give and doesn't receive, that is the problem here. It is your country you have more rights to be here than they do, why should you suffer from their selfishness. Tell them first not to drive so fast diplomatically, and then if needs be and you have no luck with them, you can threaten them.

The best thing to do is report them to the Police. If they are driving in such a manner that is dangerous then the Police have every responsibility to investigate your concerns.
The other good thing to do would be to video them driving. You could use your mobile or a video camera. If the Police didn't take you seriously then you would have video footage to back up your concerns.
And NO. You are not being racist. You are merely concerned about their driving and the safety of yourself and that of your neighbours.
Imagine if these idiots hit a child?

If they drive like lunatics then it's a police matter - makes no difference what nationality they are.
Making the point that they are East Europeans suggests that there is a racial element to your question.

just say to them politely, that they may be scaring the kids in the neighbourhood (if there are any). say that u understand that they're having fun and that u are not singelling them out coz they're eastern european - u wud say the same thing to english peeps.
