no open house. open hotel only.
but there will be national CNY open house. I'll update this if i got info.

CNY open house - national level on 24-Feb-07, Hang Tuah Mall Malacca, evening
CNY open house - KL level also on 24-Feb-07, Venue:no idea so far

repairman, national level - official celebration organized by federal government to promote unity among malaysians (that's politics, but who cares, it will be great celebration) and for tourism as well; KL level - by city hall or local NGO.

During the CNY, the MCA usually will held an open house. This is unlimited to everyone even foreigner.

open houses happens everywhere, not only at the hotels. Usually the chinese ministers will have their open houses. Bring along your whole family if you wish. No limitation. Enjoy the food.
