if a man has had a vasectomy, can viable sperm later be withdrawn by a doctor?

I'm guessing here, but I would think so. Sperm still get produced, they just can't go anywhere because the vas differens (tube) has been cut. Undoing the vasectomy might be more practical and effective, though.
