I would make sure to choose dresses that allow for a growing tummy, or that can be altered to let the stomach area out. Depending on how's she carrying, the size of the baby, etc. She could possibly be showing pretty good at that point. Although taller women usually will show later than shorter ladies. But like I said I'd have a back up plan for the dress, just in case, she starts showing a little sooner, rather than later! Good luck and Congrats!

There's no way to tell.

Have her get an oversized dress and fitted right before the wedding for alterations. Im due June 21 and have to be in a wedding July 7th. THere is no telling what my body will look like. So I will have to pay out the wazoo for rush alterations. Plus, I will look tired and post preggy. Sigh

It's hard to say how big she'll be, but I got married when I was 5 months pregnant and when I was picking out my wedding dress, I was told to go up two sizes. It's always easier to take the dress in but it's harder if it has to be let out (there's only so much that can be let out). I was glad I did because the dress fit perfectly around my stomach and just had to be altered at the sleeves and around my chest. Congrats on your wedding and to her on her baby.

The best way to estimate this is to do it the way the doctors do. At prenatal visits, the doctor measures a pregnant woman from her pelvic bone to underneath her breast. Usually, the centimeters correspond with how far along she is (for example : if the mom to be is 27 weeks pregnant, she will roughly measure out to 27 centimeters from pelvic bone to underneath her breast) Ask your friend to tell you EXACTLY how many weeks she'll be on your wedding day, at make the measurements in accordance with that.
Congratulations on the wedding!

There really isn't anyway to tell how big she will get. if it's her first child she probably won't too too big. But I have a friend that is slightly big and when she was 4 months pregnant you could already tell big time. It's a tough situation, maybe she could talk to her doctor. Good luck with your wedding though, and congrats!

5 months you start to show but your not really full on prego yet. She'll probably have a little bump. The smaller you are, the bigger your tummy gets. Its also depending on how much weight she gains.

there is no way of knowing. my best friend and i were pregnant with in weeks of each other. i gained 30lbs and she gained 75lbs. maybe instead of a formal gown, consider a nice maternity dress. motherhood maternity has fashoinable clothing that is very flatering and dressy
