uhm im pretty sure he has used he word victory...
you just havent listened to him talk...
explains why you dont know anything about whats going on in Iraq...
all you do is watch CNN...
Oh, but of course the President of the United States of America, who recieves intelligence briefings from agencies all over the world on a daily/weekly basis, probably doesnt know better then the local media stations...
