I saw this movie about four years ago on television and I have yet to remember the name of it.
The plot was with a girl who was a social outcast at school and she had this tatoo of a rose. One day, this popular guy asks her out and they go up to his friend's cabin and have sex. Later on, at a party, it turns out the friend had taped them having sex on a hidden video camera in the cabin. The girl basically freaks out and something weird happens to her tatoo. It like spreads out and makes her body look really vein-y and she gets really angry and out of nowhere a fire starts. (she caused it with her mind or something)
Thats really the general plot from what I can remember.
