Coming to America, followed by Trading Places in a CLOSE second. They are both classic Eddie Murphy movies that are hilarious! You can watch them over and over again without getting sick of them!

Tuff question, he has a lot of good stuff out there. Coming to America, Beverly Hills Cop and Trading Places were great. I think he does better with the "kids stuff." Dr. Dolittle, Daddy Day Care and Shrek were the best in my opinion.

His stand-ups are the best by far. You can't beat those. But if I had to choose a movie it would be Coming to America by far, hands down, no doubt about it. To make a list not in order though.
1. Delirious
2. Raw
3. Coming to America
4. Boomerang
5. Daddy Day Care
6. I Spy
7. Dr. Doolittle

Nutty Professor, Nutty Professor II, The Klumps, Norbit, and Harlem Nights. Because in the Nutty Professor and Norbit, he played different roles and everybody can do that. I love Harlem Nights because of the other comedians that starred with him.
