I knew a guy like that. He said it didn't bother him at all. Some people's foreskins just don't retract. If it doesn't hurt you or cause dicomfort, then you are fine. If it does hurt, get it looked it.

Yes, it's perfectly normal if your foreskin still covers the glans (penis head) when you have an erection. Guys have foreskins of differing lengths, some are so short they can be mistakened for being circumcised, others have so much they cover the glans and then some, even with an erection.
What isn't normal is if you can't retract/pull back your foreskin so you can see the glans when you have an erection. If you can't pull your foreskin back, then you probaly have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow. There are many ways to remedy this if you have this condition.
The first step is to try "stretching exercises," and when that fails, prescription creams along with the exercises. If all these fail, then surgical intervention (though not necessarily circumcision) is probably a good idea. For more info on phimosis and its treatment and such, look at the links.

Porn movies are not what real life is like. You're fine. Just keep playing with the equipment, and probably in a few years you will have a foreskin that fully retracts. Or not. The main thing is that you have one--you are very lucky that your parents were wise enough to leave you natural. Don't ever let anyone talk you into chopping it off! Some day you will want to please a woman. See http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html And your size is perfect. If you looked like the over-endowed freaks in porn movies, no real woman would want you!
Suggestion: lay off the porn. Real life is much more satisfying, and porn makes you expect things that are very different from the joys life itself offers.

ITs normal if it doesn't go back on its own.
By 14, you should be able to pull the skin back with your fingers. If you can't, you might need to get it checked out. Note that a circumcision would not be necessary, but it might require attention.

Like me, you just have a long foreskin, so when you get an erection it doesn't retract (go back). It's nothing to worry about, and neither is your penis size.

Your 14 don't worry about it. Try worrying about school or something useful.

Yes, this is ok. As long as it doesn't hurt, or stop you from being able to ejaculate or urinate...
