First step, stop asking qestions such as this one. Try and be less self centered and think of others. Being humble has nothing to do with pride it has to do with being cocky. People can easily have pride in oneself and still be humble, they just do not need to go over the top about it and become *********. Also, being humble has nothing to do with being weak or stupid, it has to do with respect and ignorance. You can certainly be proud and humble yet still be strong and smart. You need to learn how to balance yourself.

You already have the most important ingredient. You express a desire to Want to Change!! That's half the battle won. Why not decide what you think would be humble in another person? Do some extrapolating!! You can do that by yourself. Then start a plan to be more sensitive and more humble day by day. I admit I think you will definitely make it!! Just Comes Across That Way to me!!! Good Luck!! @8-)

We all are deeply dependent on luck, and subject to the cruelties of life. We all need love. We all share the same existential conditions. We are all different, but also equals. And to understand this at the bottom of our hearts is to become humble, and to renounce vanity and pride. To be humble is not to give too much importance to our strength, power, or intelligence. Humility can be a major virtue.

You would not be considered weak and stupid. By saying less, I think people are actually less likely to appear dumb. Too many people LOOK wise, but then speak and prove themselves otherwise. It also helps to be less judgemental. Do some volunteer work in a field where you deal with people less fortunate than you. You will quickly realize we are all the same, just done up in different outfits.

Being humble has nothing to do with being week or stupid. You can be humble and strong, and if someone think that you are week that's their problem, they are the ones being stupid
