Your body is losing a lot of blood, and chances are you have an iron deficiancy. Eat raisins. Don't worry about it too much, because me and everyone I know is the exact same way. Your body just is trying to make up for the blood and energy it's using.

I do that too I think our bodies just need more food due to loosing blood.
