I'm just confused as to how one party could realize one thing is wrong but then find another similar thing totally ok. Both are abused. Instead of legalizing abortion only for people who need it (rape victims, life-endangering health risk) they legalize it for everyone! And instead of legalizing weapon use for self-defense only- they legalize it for everyone! Most gun fatalities in this country occur accidentally in the home, and abortion similarily also usually happens when people don't even need them- they're granted one just because they decided to screw out wedlock-the choice occurs then. No one knows the concept of reason, responsibiliy and moderation anymore it's so sad.

I'm pro-guns and pro-abortion.
Govt doenst need more power over individual decisions. Abortion is an individual medical decision not a govt reesponsibility.
Guns were meant as a way to keep out of control govt in check.

The portion of your question regarding guns is a bit vague at best. The owning of a gun is a right reserved for everyone. There are only a few actual civilian uses for a gun. One is crime and the resulting self defense, obviously not a good thing. The second is target shooting. Something like in the Olympics or other competition. The third would be hunting. Nothing wrong with hunting is there?
So are you suggesting gun ownership be limited? Or are you suggesting that every one can own a gun and only use it to kill someone attacking you, as in self defense? That would effectively eliminate a multi billion dollar per year hunting industry and probably a couple million dollar per target shooting community.

your question is quite right with the abortion,young woman who have been raped and unborn children with mass deformities should be given the choice.with parental consent.i live in australia guns are banned here.except for special jobs such as police and security guards who carry money guns should be banned to the general public in the usa how many murders are carried out because people can get guns so freely.people who belong to gun clubs laws officers sure they need them.no need to take them home lock them up at work and get them the next day.farmers and ranchers should be able to hold weopons,but secure them when not in use in a gun safe

Pro-gun & pro-abortion to a point. I do not believe that abortion should be used for birth control, that's what condoms are for, I do believe however that it should be legal in cases of rape & health issues. Check your information not everyone can own a gun - convicted felons cannot, they do run a background check before you are allowed to purchase a firearm!

Abortions are going to occur whether they are legal or not. Making them legal simply provides doctors with a legal avenue to participate.
Also, if you make guns illegal, only criminals are going to possess guns.
P.S. A great deal more home deaths are a result of swimming pool accidents than gun accidents. Should we outlaw these as well?

How can you have a weapon for self-defense if you're not allowed to have it in the first place?
And how can you be "AGAINST" guns, if what you really want is for only criminals, and rich peoples' hired thugs, to have them?!?
