i still have my bt voyager 205,if i use this instead of my home hub will there be any problems, the hub just resets when it wants to
i had the voyager for over 18 months and it never played up once, but the home hub is a daily problem

I use BT broadband as well - there are reasons why fluctuation can occur 1.exchange distance between you and your server 2.bad weather 3.simutaneous logging to server etc.Having said that try moving the Hub a little bit, it might help.

this normally happens cos of the central server being your internet service provider is normally down or having some sort of tehcnical issues. Your best bet is to ring them up and get ANGRY with them tell them you are not happy about this and hopefully they will give you afew settings that will improve your speed a little more then its suppose to be. They done it for me!

Say to them things like you are paying for 5mbs so you should be getting 5MB not 2MB etc

This is usually a result of contention or congestion.
Either a lot of people on your local loop downloading a lot of stuff, or the load on the website you are downloading from is changing, or congetsion along the pipe.
