how long are you supposed to pass clots? how heavy is the blood flow supposed to be? is it normal to feel shaky inside? how can i deal w/the depression... ihave NO family and few friends here ~ my medical insurance thru the state ends in 2 months.

If you have any concerns, you should call your doctor's office and ask to talk to a nurse. Everyone is different. I had a D&C, but I also had the edometrial ablation done, so I didn't have any clots and very little blood flow. But I did immediately get an infection and I'm glad I called the doc's office. I wasn't depressed, but then I have a lot of stuff going on in my life to distract me.
Your in a tough situation with no family and few friends close by. What about renting a funny movie or reading? That was always my escape from depression. Or just stay here on Yahoo and spend time giving advice - - - - that 's a good distraction also.

I had one years ago and had slight spotting because all the procedure is is scraping the vaginal walls. Really no big deal. The cervix is not entered into, neither is the uterus. There may be a slight vaginal soreness. If no fever is present, wait 24 hrs before you call your doctor to ask these questions.
