Depending on the type of Creatine product you are using. You'll notice a decrease in water weight or bloating typically caused by creatine monohydrate (7-14 days). You may lose some strength. Other than that, it is mostly mental. If you tell yourself you are going to lose strength you will especially if you perceive that your muscles are shrinking. Diet and water intake will also be factors in your weight lifting equation.

Creatine is naturally made by your muscles. A lot of health experts concerns are that people who take creatine for an extended period of time, their bodies stop producing it. So be careful about how long you take it. you should not take it more then 8-12 weeks at a time. Give your body a break so that your muscles can continue to produce their own.

Nope. No withdrawal symptoms, no sudden loss of strength, no chemical imbalances, but if you find that creatine was helping you build muscle mass you'll probably notice that it takes longer and you have to work harder to build that muscle mass than you did before. But hey, if you're where you want to be and you want to start cutting then now is a good time to nix the creatine.

YES! USUALLY...creatine stores water in the muscles, therefore causing them to look swollen. When you stop taking it, water retention leaves the muscles and you look a little smaller. You should stop taking it after a couple months though for a while. I used to take it in highschool, so thats how i know.
