I think it's Sheridan.
My reasoning is: if she can't have Louis she doesn't want anyone else to have him.
Plus she's been pushing Fancy way too hard to get away from him...

Sheridan did come into Fancy's room dressed in black with gloves like the rapist.
But on todays show the sister- can't remember her name- she's a caddet. ANYWAY. she caught the person- but Spike was with Jessica.
This show is too twisted for me. haha.
I def. think Sheridan is involved though.

That's a good point. Beth was on the show not too long ago- but she was disquised as someone else...Do you guys remember that?
It could be Beth...
I actually sort of forgot about her and her mom- that funny old lady!
What ever happend to Charlie? That whole scene ended while I was in school so I missed it...

I think it's Beth. It just don't think that Beth and Martie really died in that car crash in Italy. Beth has always wanted Luis, and I think that if she can't have him, she doesn't want anyone else to have him either. I think that this is the way that the show will bring Martie back to Sheridan and Luis before it ends in September.

I think Sheridan's involved, but the actual rapist is Spike. Remember Sheridan was at the blue note when Rae was killed, but she was with Chris. It showed Rae being killed, but at the same time it showed Sheridan with Chris. I do think Sheridan drugged Luis and seduced him pretending to be Fancy, than planted his DNA in her. So in actuality there are two rapists. The original is Spike still working for Allister(who I think is still alive and behind all that's going on in Harmony) and the second is Sheridan planting evidence to make Fancy think Luis raped her. My question is how can Luis be accused of being the rapist? After all hasn't Fancy noticed that the rapist is a lot shorter than Luis. Things that make you go Hmmmmm!!

Okkkkk, i know Sheridan is off her rocker, but i don't think she's raping anyone. Maybe she's paying someone to do it??? I think it's spike, it seems in Passions that it usually is the most obvious person.
I hate to see the show go., but on the same token, it will be excited to see how they tie all the loose ends up this summer.

My guess Spike. He was probably hired by Julian or Alister.
