First I have to say THANK YOU for not putting some dumb a#$ question on here about gay people. I seldom get the ten because there are sooo many prejudiced people out there. I agree with answerer above most use the same nick names that heteros use. Probably not much different than nic names heterosexuals use.
My partner and I usually just say "Honey" or "Sweetheart".

I actually didn't know there were special ones!
I use the average 'dear' or 'darling'...
I often use french or italian, and call her 'mon amour' or 'bella'.
of course we also have inside names that no one would understand like 'mobile' and 'strawberry mantis'. heehee
