Everyone is completely different when it comes to pregnancy. Some people can go months without actually knowing they are pregnant. Common symptoms would be feeling bloated. Sickness may start over the next few weeks. Tender breats. I am not sure about frequent urination but I think that would a few months off just yet. If you are so nervous about something, like thinking you may be using the toilet more often that normal, you may be doing the toilet more often as you are nervous. I would book in with your GP and they can check you over, blood pressure etc and make sure you are healthy. If you advise the doctor you have been urinating too much, he will probably give you a bottle and ask you to drop off a sample. They can test it and make sure everything is healthy.
Stop worrying - it wont be doing you or the baby any good! Leave any needed worrying to your GP - thats what they are there for.
Good luck!

My wife is about 8 weeks pregnant with our third child, and I can attest that every woman and every pregnancy is different. My wife suffers from extreme exhaustion, going to bed around 7:00 at night, although she could probably go earlier. With our first, she was sick as a dog, but with our second she didn't vomit at all.
As far as frequent urination goes, that starts to happen when the baby gets bigger and constantly pushes down on the bladder. That bladder, with constant pressure, gets squeezed and thus the frequent urination.
Oh, another sympton is sore and sensitive breasts. I remember watching a tape explaining how sex between partners is more relaxed and fun because the pressure of getting pregnant or avoiding pregnancy is off. Tell you man to give up until about month number four, the second trimester. That's when your body will feel the best. Until then, it's hands off!!!

The main symptoms I had was exhaustion, and nausea. The frequent urination doesn't start for quite a while. This is generally caused by the baby pressing on your bladder. When I was pregnant, it didn't start happening till I was about 4 or 5 months along. It's different for everyone, and for every pregnancy.

The first signs that clued me in, in both of my pregnancies, is being COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY EXHAUSTED! I didn't even want to pick my head up off the pillow in the mornings. Frequent urination is absolutely another early pregnancy symptom! I would literally live in the bathroom most of my pregnancies. If your going to have morning sickness, this is the time it would start to occur. I had it from about 4 weeks gestation until the morning I delivered my oldest. I also started with a bloated or full feeling in my lower abdomen. Hope this helps! Best Wishes!

Some people do not have symptoms at ll but the general ones are:
Exhaustion
Nausea or vomiting
Mild headaches
Mild dizziness
aversion to certain scents
Crankiness or irritability (From hormones)
The urination problem doesn't start to much later on when the weight of the baby, water etc.. press down on you bladder and make you feel like you consistently need to urinate. Some may get it sooner because of hormones but I didnt
