the reason i ask was because they dont do anything for him. but i feel its not there places to a lot of things for him. it the daddy place to.

I think you should not do anything to interfere or make worse the relationship between your son and his grandparents...unless of course they are harmful or hurtful or dangerous. In fact, you should encourage a relationship and do what you can to make them feel welcomed into your son's life. Maybe they are waiting for a sign from you, and all the time, you are wondering why they aren't very involved????

If that's really how you feel, why not send them pictures? If you reach out to them when you don't have too, they may come around and become part of his life. Take the high road. Your son will learn kindness from you.

It wouldn't hurt to send them a picture. They may feel as if you or your son doesn't want them involved. It's just a way of reaching out to them and they may thank you for it. If they don't reach out after sending them the picture..then don't send another one. It'll be their turn then to reach out after they receive the picture. Hope it all turns out well for both families involved.
