For the life I can not remember the name, But it had a red round seat you sit in and use 2 handle bars to turn side to side and you slowly start to move. I remember they had commericals for them, it was probably around the late 80's. Someone said twist and turn, but that just doesn't sound right. Any Ideas???

THE malicious program TURNS - "somebody in the previous downtrodden gets his revenge; an unfavourable subject is reversed. The announcing represents an evolution of the previous proverb, 'Tread on a malicious program and it will turn.' The meaning grew to become into that even the main humble creature tries to counteract tough treatment. Shakespeare picked up the thought in Henry VI, area 3, the place Lord Clifford urges the king against 'lenity and dangerous pity, announcing: To whom do lions forged their soft seems? to no longer the beast which could usurp their den. The smallest malicious program will turn being trodden on, And doves will %. in shelter of their brood.'" "The Dictionary of Cliches" via James Rogers (Ballantine Books, manhattan, 1985).
