use a sponge--it keeps the foundation fresher and lets it last longer...also better coverage.

hey, you get best results applying it with a sponge.
Buy a 12 pack round sponges at Walmart it's around $1!

I've not used Rimmel mousse, but I do use Maybelline matt mousse and think its better when used with fingers, a bit like how you would apply cream

Also use the maybelline version and do think sponge works better for even coverage. Works ok with fingers if in a rush.

i have a mousse, i think its maybelline tho. i use a sponge to apply. (its like a triangle wedge sponge) i got them from asda. you get 4 in a pack. hope this helps.

try a foundation brush sell them in superdrug for £2-3 .gives a nice airbrush effect.

be careful...rimmel foundation is not that great...i tried it before and it always made my face feel sooo tight and just nasty.

i say by hand because on all my clients i use hand because if you use sponge it can make your face look blochy and gross never want that
