With this image i want to be able to give it to other websites so when a user sees the logo they can click on it and come to my site.

Give them a link like 
. Or you can give them the logo with a relative link and let them keep the logo on their sites. The advantage of the first way is that you can update the logo easily, and can also get some idea of how many exposures your links are getting by checking hits to the picture. The downside is that you're paying for the bandwidth for all those logo downloads.

its going to be the task of the other sites to do this for you. This is done like any other link but instead of using text within the anchor tag you use an img src instead.
