I also forgot. The graphics card should be good for a PC that has only a PSU of 230W.

If there is nothing, can PCI cards be used?

I think graphics cards these days are either AGP or PCI-e x16.

128 MB would likely be minimum...check the requirements for your OS.

I'm thinking you would probably want 256 MB.

Oh, yeah, check the requirements of whatevery vid card you get for the PSU. My older computer had a 350 W supply, and I thought that was low. I suggest upgrade to 350 - 500.

Good luck!

you are able to in basic terms improve computers era in terms of photos Laptops cant rather be upgraded you are able to call the dell inspiron corporation and ask them if ram is upgradable that should make it slightly speedier you additionally can improve the hard drive to a 500gb 7200rpm for greater ideal loading and you will swap out the disc reader yet you cant rather do something photos smart specially because of the fact all computing gadget areas are prepare by utilizing soldering in otherwords they are caught like glue to the board and eliminating them will harm the computing gadget some laptops very costly ones with 630m nividia are greater ideal for video games in the journey that your going for purely gaming a pc is better on your desires as this is completely upgradable and greater value-effective

I'm sorry you won't be able to use a pci-express video card in this machine. It lack and agp slot also. The only slots available for video upgrade are standard PCI slots. You could look at upgrading to a Standard PCI video card like this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814145087
